Lunch Break by Lindsey Kiser
Like a king on his throne lost in thought, a male ruby throated hummingbird is perched on the arching stem of a red orange blossom of a poppy with another poppy blossom just out of focus in the background. The little hummingbird has suspended his flight in between battles and is resting before his next encounter. Even the most active, alert and alive creatures need to rest, preferably bathing in sunlight in the garden.
Lunch Break is framed in a black floater frame to about 7.5″ x 7.5″ and 1.5″ deep.
