Painting Night Out

The Grape Vines Wine Bar, Crittenden, Kentucky

Enjoy a fun night out with your date, friends, mama, sister(s), or coworkers in your creative zone! Don't worry! You will be led step-by-step through the process, starting with TRACING. This year, we will be painting our furry friends, our pets whom we love so much!You will have your choice of painting your pet or pets on canvas, wine glasses, or tile coasters.  After you register, please email me at lindseykiserart at gmail.com to provide your choice of canvas, wine glasses, or tile coasters. Please also email me your pet's photograph by the morning of Feb. 5 to participate in the class. After you email me your pet's picture, I will convert it to a line drawing for you to trace.

We will enjoy the evening at The Grape Vines Wine Bar, which is less than a quarter mile off of the Crittenden exit of I-75.

If you can trace, you can do this project. YOU DO NO NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DRAW. I've been painting and teaching painting for years. Please do not think you have to come with skills to enjoy yourself, learn something, and bring home a memorable Valentine's Day pet portrait painting that you can keep or give to someone you love. I will guide you through my process and you will be amazed with the results! If you mess up, it's just paint. We can paint over it!

Included with your purchase of a ticket is:

• a canvas, set of two tile coasters, or 2 empty wine glasses for painting on (Reservation via email is required in advance; limited supplies)
• paint
• brushes (on loan for the evening)
• easel (on loan for the evening)
• guidance/instruction;
• inclusion in Lindsey's Collectors' Circle newsletter; and
• the opportunity to purchase wine and hors d'oeuvres (wine is NOT included with the ticket).
  

Wear something that you won't be upset about if you get paint on it. This paint DOES NOT wash out!

Registration required via purchase of a ticket.  Each ticket is for ONE participant.  Because the artist must draw each pet submitted via email in advance of the class, you must be registered by midnight February 5, 2025 to take this class.
