Description
Silver Ruffed Grouse is a 6″ x 9″ original miniature watercolor painting in Lindsey Kiser’s “Wildlife Art Collection”.
Lindsey finally harvested her first grouse, a silver, on Michigan’s Drummond Island on Lake Huron behind the point of her Brittany Spaniel, Holly. She had hunted grouse in the wilds of Eastern Kentucky in her teens with her family, but it was not until 2022 before she snagged herself a real sportsman who took her hunting and fishing. Miles of boot tread were worn down on her quest for the finest upland game bird in North America. In the process, she gained muscle, fresh perspectives, and wonderful memories with her 16 month-old-pup.
